Are You Wearing Too Many Hats?

As an entrepreneur, do you find yourself juggling all the tasks that need to be done to grow a solid business? When you work outside of those “genius” skills, you need to ask yourself if you are getting the best bang for your buck with the time, energy and frustration you spend there. Understand that you are still responsible for the overall performance of your company and that you will need to ensure that delegated work is of high quality and meets your strategic needs.  But your results will skyrocket once you master the art of delegation. No matter where you are in your delegation model, there’s always another step you can take. And maybe you’ll even be able to take some time off for a change.
